My Labradoodle Has A Sense of Humour
I was lying in bed this morning when Ella came bounding up the stairs to see me, Leapt on my wifes bed, hurdled across to mine. Fortunately I was partially conscious so managed to protect the family jewels when she stuck her tongue in my ear! Unfortunately she had just had a drink and was soaking. MMmmmm

Why Does She Always Want More?
I do not understand why, after 2 years nearly, of taking my Labradoodle Ella out several times a day does she still want an extra few inches on the lead. If I walk her very closely controlled on the lead she will 'lean' on the lead. If I give her say 4 feet of lead she requires 4 feet 2 inches and if she has 12 feet she requires 12 feet 2 inches on the way to the park.
On the way back she generally walks like an angel with no tension and pulling. Oh Hum! When she grows up I am told she will settle down.

Does Your Dog Contain a Time Clock?
Well it has happened again and once again caught me by surprise. My dog has been hassling me for dinner again! Normally my dog is a great creature of habit at precisely 6.00 pm starts to make a 'wheres dinner dad' fuss. Ella, the labradoodle, started again this evening and I was telling her that it is not time for dinner when I realised that it is the start of the summer and the clocks have gone forward an hour. I did try to explain this to her but being a ditzy blonde bombshell labradoodle she does not understand.

Does Your Dog Act As A Conscience?
It is strange but no matter how much my dog Ella, a labradoodle, appears to be sleeping she always hears me leave the room. Usually if I head here to my office or the bathroom she immediately leaps into my seat and then pretends that she has always been sitting there when I return. After much pulling and 'OFF!' she will settle back on the floor.
However if I head in the direction of the kitchen she creeps along behind me so that she can look forlorn when I open the fridge or have a biscuit. Obviously I have to give her her tithe.
